Structure Overview of New Type Organic Fertilizer Granulator

This product is composed of motor, transmission, rotor, cylinder and frame.

Using Y series GB motor, with strong power, energy saving, reliable quality, overload operation.      

Reducer internal uses special materials, produced by special process , with high bearing capacity, smooth running, parts durability, safety and reliable work.

Rotor is divided into three parts: ①shaft; ②stirring; ③head of stirring; the shaft is divided into three sections:①mixing segment; ②granulation segment; ③polishing segment.

The large shaft adopts special materials and is specially made. Stirring uses a special material, which is hard, wear-resistant, and the length can be adjusted. The head of stirring is made of alloy steel.

The barrel is divided into three parts: Feed mixing section, granulation section and polishing segment.
